• The season of "Spring-Summer-Fall" starts from April to the end of October.
• The minimum length of stay during the low season (April-June)(September-October) would be 2 nights.
• The minimum length of stay during the high season (July-August) would be 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
• The check-in time is between 4pm-8pm and the check-out time is before 11am.
• When you check out, kitchen and sanitary facilities must be clean.
• Upon arrival and departure, a state of the premises will be made in your presence.
• The necessary explanations concerning the heating will be given to you.
• A fee might be withheld from the security deposit, if there is damage or if the cleaning of the kitchen and sanitary facilities is not done.

• For any change of booking, contact us by email to the following address chaletbaille@gmail.com by giving us the booking number.
• For the cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
• The full payment must be made 30 days before your arrival.
• The deposit to be paid, represents 50% of the total price of your stay.
• The guaranteed deposit will be given back to you within 48 hours after your departure by bank transfer.
